Check Settings in the app and tap Enable Notifications. Then double check iOS itself allows them (Settings app → Notifications → HIT). Subscribed and expecting Critical Alerts? Same screen shows you whether Apple's approved that yet — until they do, you'll get Time-Sensitive alerts instead.
Apple handles all billing, not us — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your phone, or the Manage Subscription link in the app. Canceling stops the next renewal. It won't refund what you already paid for the current period.
Purchases turn off the moment it's marked as happened. About 48 hours later we'll remind subscribers to go cancel — we can't do it for you on Apple's end. So actually do it, or you'll keep getting billed.

Settings → Delete Account, in the app. Gone, along with your data.
